EWAN Story: A Better Way to Design and Build
Every successful project begins with a clear vision. Yet across the Lower Mainland, that vision has too often been fragmented. Evolution Under One Roof
EWAN was formed as a collective of experienced professionals—building designers, engineers, urban planners, and project managers- working together under one roof. We shared a simple belief: the strongest projects emerge when design and construction teams collaborate from the very beginning.
As our collaboration deepened, our process evolved. We transitioned from a collection of individual consultants into a fully integrated design-build firm. By uniting the strategic insight of urban planning and building design with the practical discipline of construction management, we removed the friction that slows projects down.
